Description
Objective in the regional plans; Functions that dominate the economic and social character of a non-central municipality and which, in its spatial effect, go well beyond one’s own community or which, in base centres, represent a clearly distinguished function compared to the other tasks of a basic centre. They are assigned to the entire community. Measures consistent with the safeguarding or development of the municipal function are permitted in a non-central location beyond the scope of the municipality’s own development.
