Working population, ageing by sector SBI'93; 1960-2014
Description
In this table you will find annual figures on the average age and generation index of the working population by gender, age, migration background, employment position, sectors/sectors SBI'93 and educational level.
The figures in this table differ from the figures in the 2008 sector/branch table (see also 3. Links to relevant tables and articles). A major revision of the ISIC and NACE international classifications took place in 2008 (see paragraph 2). These international revisions have been incorporated into the Standard Business Classification 2008 (SBI 2008). This makes these classifications more consistent with the business activities of this time.
The above implies that the composition of an industry or industry may have changed: for example, new branches may have been added and branches may have disappeared or classified in another industry or branch.

Figures based on the EBB are always final.
