Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): 4. (simplified) modification of the development plan "Industrial Area V" of the city of Andernach. The amendment concerns only the reclassification of public traffic areas into private traffic areas (shore road/port area). - The link(s) for downloading the records is/are dynamically generated from Get Map calls to a WMS interface
