List of Authorised Economic Agents (AEO)
Description
Any economic operator showing an interest in obtaining the AEO authorisation may submit the application to the Central Customs Service Unit through the AEO Authorisation Management Information System (SI “e-AEO”).
SI “e-AEO” represents an IT solution, consisting of the interconnection of a set of resources and information technologies, technical means of program and methodologies, as well as infrastructure, intended for the user for processing information and training the information resource regarding the management of application processes, issuing of AEO authorisations, monitoring and re-evaluation of the AEO authorisation conditions.
The list of Authorised Economic Operators (AEO) shall be published in compliance with the Agreement of the holder of the authorisation to publish information on the AEO on the website of the Customs Service, in accordance with the provisions of Customs Service Order No 481/2023 regarding the approval of the Methodological Norms on the verification of the criteria for the authorisation of applicants and holders of the authorised economic operator authorisation.
Information on the AEO Programme may be submitted, upon request, to other control bodies and competent public authorities.
