Description
An ecotope card has been made of the Wadden Sea with as a karteerkaar 2017. This salty ecotope map is constructed by merging several layers of information from the intertidal area: soil height map (height and depth), geomorphological map, dry fall duration map, flow rate map, wave map and salt map. The current speeds are calculated with the Simona coastal strip-fine-v6 model using a curved grid.
