Reason for discontinuation:
In the course of 2006, CBS moved on to a renewed
business register in which the companies are in a slightly different way
subdivided.
The transition has led to a small trend break in the outcomes.
To give a picture of the magnitude of the fracture are for the fourth
two figures published each quarter of 2006: the figure for
the trend break and the figure after the trend break
