Employers; human resources policy
Description
This table contains figures on bottlenecks in the implementation of staff policy, future staffing needs, measures to facilitate longer employee re-working, the different organisation of work processes and the contribution of differently designed work processes to facilitate employers’ tasks in health and well-being. The data can be broken down by (sub)sector, classified according to CBS’s Standard Business Classification 2008 (SBI 2008).
This table has been developed within the framework of the research programme Labour Market, Care and Welfare (AZW). For more trends and developments in the labour market in care and well-being, see www.AZWinfo.nl (see paragraph 3).

Status of the figures:
The figures in this table are final.
Amendments as of 21 November 2023:
Figures for Q2 2023 have been added. In addition, a number of answer categories have been added to the topic of future staffing and a new topic has been added on the guidance of starting employees. A number of topics related to job redeployment, job differentiation, job carving, etc. have also been moved to the Employers’ table; technology and innovation (see paragraph 3).
When will there be new figures?
The results of Q4 2023 will be available in the 2nd quarter of 2024.
