Description
This table shows the number of first-year students at the higher education institutions funded by the government by type of education, migration background, pre-training, training phase and academic year. This table also shows the number of first-year students at some designated institutions from academic year 2015/'16: the theological universities and the University of Humanistics. From the academic year 2016/'17 the Transnational University of Limburg has also been included.
Data available from: year 2000/'01.
Status of the figures:
The figures for the school years up to 2020/'21 are final. The figures for the school year 2021/'22 are provisional and because the table has been discontinued, they are no longer definitive.
