Contaminated sites (ST-BIS-37)
Description
The file of harmful soil changes and contaminated sites (DSBA) according to § 9 BodSchAG LSA is kept by the lower soil protection authorities in the FIS Soil Protection on the central server of the State Office for Environmental Protection. The harmful soil changes and suspected areas, contaminated sites and areas suspected of being contaminated in Saxony-Anhalt can be exported as a shape. The digital card is used for scales up to 1:10000 for marking areas that can cause or cause dangers, significant disadvantages or significant harassment for the individual or the general public. Areas from 0.1 ha are recorded as polygons as well as by coordinates, and smaller areas are still predominantly only by coordinates. In addition, refurbished areas and erosion areas as well as recorded wells and analytical data are provided as a map.
