Description
The amount of the average annual rent payment in the form of permanent use of agricultural land in the municipalities in the territory of the province of Blagoevgrad in BGN/dekar for the previous business year, due for the following business year, shall be calculated on the basis of more than half of the contracts entered with the Registry Office and registered with the Municipal Offices of Agriculture, in accordance with §2f of the Supplementary Provisions of the Law on the Ownership and Use of Agricultural Land.
