Short holidays in the Netherlands; duration, expenditure by holiday characteristics, 2002-2016

This publication contains data on short (1-3 overnight stays) domestic holidays on duration and expenditure by holiday characteristics.
Until 2003 this table was part of the table "Short holidays Ned.; holiday characteristics”. Because of better visibility, the table is "Short holidays Ned.; holiday features" broken down into 4 separate tables with start year 2002. A second reason is that in 2002 the Continuous Holiday Research (CVO) was re-established. As a result, there is no longer a trend break in the new tables. The four tables are:
‘Short holidays in the Netherlands: duration, Expenditure,
‘Short holidays in the Netherlands: destinations",
‘Short holidays in the Netherlands: accommodation forms" and
‘Short holidays in the Netherlands: means of transport’.
Data available from 2002 to 2016.
