Municipal sewage treatment plants
Description
According to the Water Resources Act (WHG), discharges of waste water from collecting systems or from waste water treatment or sewage treatment plants into water constitute uses for which an official permit must be granted. Municipal wastewater treatment plants treat domestic and commercial wastewater, which is usually supplied via the public collection system.
