Guyadiv ONF experimental site of Montagne Tortue: plots of forest inventory since 2002.
Description
Guyadiv is a network of permanent forest plots installed in French Guiana. The ONF experimental site of Montagne Tortue is composed of 2 plots : one 1ha-plot and one 110x115m-plot. A complete inventory has been made in 2002 : 982 trees with dbh>=10cm have been registrated. 494 and 476 species have been identified. 98,2% and 99,4% of the registrated trees have been identified to the species level. We only have the point coordinates and not the precise demarcation of the sample plots. In order to calculate the bounding box for these plots, we have expanded the point location 300 meters in each direction.
