Third-country nationals; illegal presence detected, nationality
Description
This table contains figures on the number of third-country nationals apprehended in the Netherlands whose illegal presence on Dutch territory has been established. Third-country nationals are persons with a nationality other than that of one of the Member States of the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Switzerland. Stateless persons are also considered to be third-country nationals.
The data were compiled for Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union.
Data available from: 2015.
Status of figures:
Figures up to 2022 are final and figures for 2023 are provisional.
Changes as of April 2024:
Preliminary figures for 2023 have been added.
When will there be new figures?
The figures for 2024 will become available in April 2025.
