Harmonised National Legislation
Description
The database of the National Harmonised Legislation is the information resource containing data about the transposed EU acts and their degree of transposition into the national legislation of the Republic of Moldova, starting with 2007. Owner and manager of the database is the Center for Harmonisation of Legislation under the Ministry of Justice. The object of the database is the information material that includes data, structured on an annual basis, on draft national legislative acts harmonised with EU law, the EU acts transposed by the national project and their degree of transposition, as well as the correlation table to harmonised projects. The database was created on the basis of Government Decision no. 190 of 21 February 2007 on the creation of the Center for Harmonisation of Legislation.
