Description
The technical expertise in construction sets out the way, forms, objects, content and subjects involved in the technical expertise of the constructions and aims to maintain the technical condition of the buildings in accordance with the technical prescriptions, to reduce the risk degree of the constructions as a result of the interventions that take place in the existing constructions in accordance with the essential requirements laid down by Law No 721-XIII of 2 February 1996 on quality in constructions
