Consumer prices; price index 1900 = 100
Description
In this table you will find the Consumer Price Index (CPI) from the year 1900. This series is an approach and has been created by linking several series. The index shows the price developments of goods and services purchased by households. The annual change CPI is the percentage year-on-year development of this index series. Due to rounding differences, these may differ from the officially published annual change CPI.

Status of the figures:
The first time a figure is published for a reporting year, the figure has a provisional character. At the next publication, the figure is final. Differences between the provisional and final figures are due to new source material.
Changes compared to the previous version:
Data on a new period have been added and/or adjusted.
When will there be new figures?
The new figures are published annually by the CBS at the beginning of a calendar year.
