Traffic volumes (q) and speeds (v) of measurement cross-sections in the Hessian federal and state road network. The receipt of the data is subject to the conditions of the 'Ordinance establishing the terms of use for the provision of geodata of the Federal Government' (GeoNutzV, http://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/geonutzv/, or download under 'draft contract'). By subscribing to a data publication, you accept the Terms of Use. With regard to the reference to the source, the following rules apply: Each user has to place the source note for all data recognizable and as far as possible in visual connection with the data. If an optical connection is not possible, the source reference must be placed at a suitable place (e.g. in connection with general information on the range of services). In the case of static data, indicate the year of reference of the data. Changes, modifications or other modifications*) must be accompanied by an indication of change in the source note.
