Description
This dataset shows a selection of intertidal flats around the Irish coast. The data were collated from the CORINE Land Cover dataset available from Copernicus. The resoution of the data are coarse and as a result some data on intertidal flats may not have been detected. A more comprehensive distribution of intertidal sand and mudflats is available upon request from the National Parks and Wildlife Service.
