Mushrooms (grid representation)

Description

The data are an excerpt from the florist databases of the University of Greifswald (www.flora-MV.de, Contact: Dr. Florian Jansen), handed over to the LUNG in April 2010 (status: 05.04.2010). The database for the distribution of fungi in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern of the Mycology Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Group (AMMV, contact: Dr. N. Amelang). The original data (raster data) are in Gaussian Kruger coordinates. The ETRS coordinates have been derived from the centre points of the measuring table sheets or quadrants technically and may therefore differ slightly from the conversion of the original Gaussian Kruger coordinates. Note on taxonomy: The taxonomy of the mushrooms is subject to constant development. It is managed externally by the AG Mycology. Each taxa or species name is assigned a specific tax and family number in the attribute table. If both agree, the tax name corresponds to the currently valid scientific species name. If these numbers are different, this indicates a synonym name. To determine the currently valid species name, use the reference list (pilz_taxa.dbf), where the family number of the attribute table refers to the tax number with the current name. This comparison has already been made for the database extract, the currently valid name is entered as an additional attribute ¶taxnam_akt¶. In addition, a synonym directory is available (pilz_syn.dbf).
