Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Spitzäcker und Schmidberg” of the city of Beilstein from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The development plan, which became final on 25 August 1972, was approved with blue amendments on 02.10.1975 by the Landratsamt Heilbronn; Usage: WA.
