Description
Watercourses, parts of watercourses or canals referred to in 2° of the I of Article L214-17 of the Environmental Code, on which all works must be managed, maintained and equipped within 5 years after publication of the list annexed to the decree in accordance with the rules defined by the administrative authority, in consultation with the owner or, failing that, the operator to ensure the adequate transport of sediments and the circulation of migratory fish.
The lists of rivers, classified under Article L214-17 of the Environmental Code, were drawn up by the Basin Coordinating Prefect on 3 July 2013 and published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic on 11 September 2013.
