State Development Plan 2010 of the State of Saxony-Anhalt
Description
GIS data series, which is based on the drawing presentation of the Land Development Plan 2010 (LEP 2010) of the State of Saxony-Anhalt.
The Land Development Plan represents an overall concept for the spatial order and development of the state of Saxony-Anhalt. It forms the basis for an economically, ecologically and socially balanced spatial and settlement structure and coordinates the utilisation claims of the space.
The Land Development Plan sets out the framework for the technical planning as a medium-term target. Goals are set which are a high priority for the development of the state of Saxony-Anhalt.
The Land Development Plan 2010 of the State of Saxony-Anhalt was adopted by the state government as an ordinance in December 2010.
The Ordinance on the Land Development Plan 2010 of the State of Saxony-Anhalt of 16 February 2011 entered into force on 12 March 2011, replacing the previous Act on the Land Development Plan for the Land of Saxony-Anhalt in 1999.
The objectives and principles of spatial planning are defined in the Land Development Plan in descriptive and, as far as possible, also by means of cartographic representation (drawing representation).
