Municipal Open Data Action Plan
Description
The Umbria Municipal Open Data Action Plan, implemented in co-design mode with the Municipalities of the Urban Agenda and issued at the end of 2017, contains an indication of the key data and recommendations on how to activate an Open Data policy for your institution.
First, all the data relating to the fundamental municipal functions referred to in Article 19(1) of Decree-Law No 95/2012 were listed, then, on the basis of criteria of availability, relevance and strategic nature, some key datasets were selected for standardisation and publication. Where possible, categories of data of regional or other origin have also been collected that may be of interest to municipal authorities and for which there is currently no availability.An overall medium-term planning has therefore been drawn up for the release and publication of key datasets.
the Plan also contains guidelines and recommendations for the different aspects and phases of the management and production of open data.
