Description
This table contains data on the number and proportion of persons in the working population who participated in at least one work-related course and the number of persons in the working workforce who did not participate in work-related courses. Of the share of the employed labour force taking a work-related course, the number and proportion that at least one work-related course (partly) paid for by the employer is presented.
This information is broken down by business sector of the company and by the size of the establishment in which the person operates (company size).
The population surveyed is the Dutch population aged 25 to 65. In 2018, figures from the regular, periodically recurring Adult Education Survey (AES) will be published for the second time. The frequency is once every five to six years (see 4. Sources and methods). Because there are design effects (of unknown size), no time series from the AES are published, but separate tables for each edition.

The frequency of appearance is once every five or six years. New figures are expected by the end of 2022.
