Occupational training; key figures
Description
This table contains data on the proportion of companies with 10 or more employees who have offered company training to their employees. Courses are the most important form of business training. The table contains data on employee participation in courses and company expenditure in courses.
The data come from the Business Training Research and cover the reporting years 1986, 1990, 1993, 1999, 2005, 2010, 2015 and 2020. The study was conducted among companies with 10 and more employees in the private sector. The sectors of public administration, public administration and compulsory social security, education and health and welfare services were excluded. Also, companies in the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries sector are not involved in the research.

Status of the figures:
The figures in this table are final.
Amendments as of 2 December 2022:
Figures for 2020 have been added.
When will there be new figures?
The new 2025 figures are expected in 2027.
