Higher education; first year, educational programme, training phase 2000/'01-2021/22
Description
This table shows the number of first-year students at the higher education institutions funded by the government by type of education, migration background, pre-training, training phase and academic year. This table also shows the number of first-year students at some designated institutions from academic year 2015/'16: the theological universities and the University of Humanistics. From the academic year 2016/'17 the Transnational University of Limburg has also been included.
Data available from: year 2000/'01.
Status of the figures:
The figures for the study years up to 2020/‘21 are final and the figures for the academic year 2021/’22 are provisional.
Amendments as of 23 January 2023:
None, this table has been discontinued. The preliminary figures for academic year 2021/'22 will therefore no longer be finalised.
