Description

The Sokli mining project’s phase provincial plan is a legal plan in accordance with the Land Use and Building Act, which was drawn up by the Regional Council of Lapland and the Ministry of the Environment on 30 March 2010. On 16 May 2012, the Supreme Administrative Court dismissed the appeals against the plan.
