Description
At its core, the StadtKatalog is a freely usable locality database that collects both user-generated and automated data, standardizes it, and makes it freely accessible to all. Instead of leaving this field to commercial providers, the residents collect information themselves. Supported in the long term by (semi-)professional stakeholders who act as catalysts and ensure high data quality.
The address search is based on OGD data from the City of Vienna. In addition, all addresses are prepared before the import and BIG WRITING is normalized and abbreviations are written out.
