Soil sensitivity: Erodibility by wind
Description
The vulnerability of a site to erosion by wind results from the erodibility of the soils and increases with the erosion of the wind at the site (increasing annual mean of wind speed, DIN 19706). The erodibility of the soils by wind increases from the proportion of clay over clay and sludge to sand in the soil matrix and is additionally influenced by organic matter.
