Development plan Eidelstedt 2 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
In § 2 of the Law on the Development Plan Eidelstedt 2 of 20 January 1964 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- und Verord-nungsblatt, page 13), the following point 9 is added:
9TH. Retail establishments and commercial leisure facilities (such as squash and tennis halls, bowling alleys) are prohibited for the commercial area depicted in the facility east of the Pinneberger Chaussee. Exceptions for gambling halls and similar undertakings within the meaning of Paragraph 33(i) of the Trade Code, which serve the installation of gaming equipment with or without profit, as well as pre-production and business premises whose purpose is intended for representations or acts of sexual character shall be excluded.’
