Development plan Eidelstedt 2 1st amendment Hamburg

Description

In Section 2 of the Act on the Eidelstedt 2 Development Plan of 20 January 1964 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt, page 13), the following point 9 is added: "9. Retail businesses and commercial leisure facilities (such as squash and tennis halls, bowling alleys) are not permitted for the commercial area to the east of the Pinneberger Chaussee, which is shaded in the complex. Exceptions for amusement arcades and similar undertakings within the meaning of Section 33(i) of the Trade and Industry Code, which serve the installation of gaming machines with or without profit opportunities, as well as demonstration and business premises, the purpose of which is aimed at representations or acts of a sexual nature, shall be excluded."
