Description
This overall measure considers the way residents feel about the quality of services provided by the Tempe Police Department in comparison with other cities around the nation.
This dataset comes from the Annual Community Survey question "Please rate your level of satisfaction with: Quality of local police services." Respondents are asked to rate their satisfaction level on a scale of 5 to 1, where 5 means "Very Satisfied" and 1 means "Very Dissatisfied" (responses of "don't know" are excluded).
The survey is mailed to a random sample of households in the City of Tempe and has a 95% confidence level.
