The Issue Reporting API of the City of Helsinki

**NOTE: Due to the information system reform, the interface is not currently in use. The new interface is expected to be published in 2024.** Interface (API) to the feedback system of the City of Helsinki. Feedback on all the city's industries is published through the interface. However, less than one tenth of the feedback is currently published as open data (2019). Among other things, the lack of a permission to publish and data protection issues reduce the amount of feedback published. Through the interface, you can retrieve data from the last year. In addition, you can give feedback to the City of Helsinki through the feedback interface, such as reporting broken traffic signs and holes in roads. The use of the interface as a feedback channel is agreed separately with the system owner. The interface complies with the international Open311 standard.
