Tree cadastre of the city of Braunschweig
Description
In the digital tree cadastre of the city of Braunschweig, information about the urban tree population is documented and managed. This data forms the basis for the regular inspections to be carried out in the course of ensuring the road safety obligation as well as tree care measures to be carried out. The data from around 91,100 individual, street and parking trees are currently recorded in the Braunschweig tree cadastre. For the individual trees various information such as tree type, plant year/age, tree height, trunk circumference, crown diameter, type of protection device (poller, tree hanger etc.), size and cover of the tree disk, vitality, inspection, damage, measures can be displayed.
