Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “GE “Süd III” of the town of Stutensee from XPlanung 5.0. Description: replaced partially B-Plan GE/GI “South II (Sandäcker)”, has been partially replaced by B-Plan “Restructuring Building Materials Retail Trade in South II/III” (No 37).
