Development plan Eilbek 3 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Law on the Development Plan Eilbek 3 of 27 May 1966 (HmbGVBl. P. 153), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 498) is amended as follows:
1.The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Building Plan Eilbek 3” is added to the Act.
2.The following sentences shall be added to Section 2(2):
‘Retail establishments with the exception of mail order establishments shall be prohibited. By way of exception, retail is permitted in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing industries. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
