Development plan Eilbek 3 1st amendment Hamburg

Description

The law on the Eilbek 3 development plan of 27 May 1966 (HmbGVBl. 153), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 495, 498), is amended as follows: 1.The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Eilbek 3 zoning plan" shall be added to the Act. 2.In § 2(2) the following sentences are added: "Retail establishments other than mail-order establishments shall be prohibited. By way of exception, retail trade in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing is permitted. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
