Recommendations for data.gv.at datasets

Description

A research project focusing on recommendation algorithms for data sets. The goal is to recommend similar records based on titles, keywords, categories, and other factors. The recommendations identified can be evaluated anonymously in order to improve the quality of the underlying algorithms.
