Description
Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): Attention distance between the operating areas according to SEVESO SL (Seveso III Directive, 2012/18/EU). The European Directive 2012/18/EU of 4 July 2012 (Seveso III Directive) is intended to control major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances. These with the Accident Ordinance (12. BImSchV) Directive transposed into German law regulates in particular the obligations of operators of particularly hazardous industrial plants. Article 13 of the Seveso III Directive (“Land-Use-Planning” or passive planning-related incident protection) influences on processes of management planning processes by way of a distance between an operating area under § 3(5a) BImSchG and various environmental uses such as residential buildings or publicly used buildings.
