Development Plan Bramfeld 39 1st Amendment Hamburg

Description

The Bramfeld 39 Development Plan Act of 19 May 1982 (HmbGVBl. 128), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 505, 506), is amended as follows: 1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Bramfeld Development Plan 39" is added to the Act. 2. In § 2(1), the following sentences are added: "In the industrial areas, retail establishments are prohibited, with the exception of mail-order establishments and sales outlets linked to mail-order establishments both operationally and geographically. Exceptionally, retail trade in connection with craft and manufacturing businesses, as well as businesses that trade in motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally space-consuming articles including accessories or with building materials, tools, gardening equipment or other construction and gardening supplies, are permitted to exhibit or store these articles. Excluded from this is the plot 8615 of the district Bramfeld shown in hatched form in the annex. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
