Flood protection line in the state of Bremen
Description
Flood protection line established by ordinance for the municipality of Bremen and the municipality of Bremerhaven.
The flood protection line along the riverbank consists of a chain of flood protection systems designed to protect the area of Bremen from flooding.
In order to ensure effective flood protection, the line must be self-contained or connected to existing flood protection systems or to high terrain.
