All resource formats available for this dataset can be downloaded as ZIP packages: inside the package sarà available the resource in the chosen format, complete with all the information on the metadata and the license associated with it. The Areas of Hydraulic Administration are the agricultural areas destined to receive water, in case of flooding from the surface water system and their function is closely connected to the safety of the territory, in cases where the surface water system enters into crisis. All agricultural activities and those accompanying and compatible with them are allowed, with a prevalence of traditional cultivation activities and part-time agriculture, in compliance with the characteristics of the soil and the correct regulation of the water. Interventions aimed at performing recreational or sporting recreational functions are also allowed, which do not affect the naturalness of the places and have a non-invasive, but widespread character and without fixed structures. In order to ensure the protection of the environmental function and for the proper conduct of agricultural practices, the following requirements apply: - the continuity of the roads, including farm roads, of historical origin and their enhancement in the system of tourist-hiking routes must be ensured, also according to the establishment of a cycle-pedestrian network; - without prejudice to normal agricultural practices, no stripping or raising of land that exceeds 30 centimetres compared to the existing or planned portions of any expansion tank or that otherwise impairs the functionality of the tank itself is allowed; - soil sealing and any modification of the existing permeable surface are prohibited; - interventions that provide for the irreversible transformation of the plant soil, with regard to its granulometric-mineralogical composition and chemical-biological characteristics, are prohibited.
