Utilization possibilities Geothermal collectors

Description

The potential uses of near-surface geothermal energy by means of geothermal collectors are presented in two main categories. It shows regions where the installation of geothermal collectors is possible according to the current state of knowledge and regions where construction is unlikely to be possible. Criteria for the respective classification are the local conditions as well as the water management concerns. The dataset provides a basis for large-scale considerations and does not replace the carrying out of detailed investigations.
