Description
The data set shows the state soundscape NRW. The state soundscape is the territory of the country, initiated by the MLV with regard to the requirements of GLÖZ 2 and GAPKondV for erosion protection. — CAP = Common Agricultural Policy in the EU; see: https://www.bmel.de/DE/themen/landwirtschaft/eu-agrarpolitik-und-foerderung/gap/gap-nationale-umsetzung.html - KondV = Conditionality Regulation; see https://www.bmel.de/SharedDocs/Downloads/DE/Glaeserne-Gesetze/Kabinettfassung/GAPKondV.html is based on the following basics:
— the nationwide medium-sized ground map on a scale of 1:50,000 from NRW, BK50 — all currently available large-scale soil maps for agricultural and forestry surveys, BK5F and BK5L, as of 20220929.
The mean clay content was calculated up to 4 dm depth.
A classification was carried out in which areas with clay content > 0 and < 17 % are classified as “low clay content”, areas with clay content >= 17 % and < 25 % as “medium clay content” and areas >=25 % as “high clay content”. “not evaluated” are all mapped areas on which there is no information on the clay content.
