Priority area flooding area
Description
The aim of the regional plan is to secure areas that are to be preserved as existing, undeveloped flooding areas or to be reaped as lost flood areas. These areas shall be freed from uses which prevent water retention or constitute the loss of such areas and cannot be compensated in other areas.
