Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Kirchmatt Part I — 1st Amendment” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The development plan of 24 August 1987 is amended in the area of parcel No. 388 (new 388 and 388/1). For this plot, the “drawing part” is supplemented by a usage template.
