Description
These are the maps showing the observations by the base of the various packages, as defined in the Geological 3D model of the Flemish subsurface. These observations are usually drilling, sometimes also probe rings. The shapefiles contain per unit and per bore the depth of the base of the unit in meters compared to the start of the bore. The Roerdalslenk was modelled on seismic data, correlated with 1 bore. The Geological 3D model was drawn up under the management agreement of the Flemish government with VITO, under the heading VLAKO, commissioned by the department of LNE — Land and Soil Protection Department, Underground, Natural Resources.
