Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Ob der Brechgrube II” of the town of Laichingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description:
The purpose of the development plan is to establish for its scope the binding calculations for the urban planning order.
It forms the basis for the implementation of further measures such as legal shootings and the overbuilding of the area.
