Energy generated by LCP installations
Description
Directive 2010/75/EU on industrial emissions (IED) covers the following seven directives as a regulatory area, thus bringing together into a single clear and coherent legislative instrument a set of common rules for the permitting and control of industrial installations, with the aim of reducing industrial emissions across the European Union notably through better application of best available techniques. One of the seven directives is Directive 2001/80/EC on the limitation of emissions of certain pollutants into the air from large combustion plants (LCPs).
